Handsome Tours, Laneway Presents, triple j & coup de main are thrilled to announce critically acclaimed, award winning Gen Z icon beabadoobee will tour New Zealand for the very first time this September in support of her forthcoming second studio album Beatopia (pronounced Bay-A-Toe-Pee-Uh). Supporting beabadoobee will be Molly Payton.

Speaking of the upcoming tour beabadoobee said: "I’m soooo excited to be playing in New Zealand. I love all my fans there and I’ve been waiting to get over for a long time! It will be my first time visiting and I’m honoured I'll be getting to play you guys tracks off my new album 'Beatopia’ live in person, I hope the crowds are WILD!"

Due for release on Friday 15th July via Dirty Hit, Beatopia is a fantastical yet deeply personal world that was formed in the imagination of a 7 year old beabadoobee and has been carried with her ever since.

She also shares her electrifying new single ‘’Talk’’ which comes accompanied with a high energy video directed by Alexandra Leese and Luke Casey and featuring 150 of Bea’s biggest fans and her close circle of friends.

Housing Bea's most impressive work to date, Beatopia marks a huge progression, in 14 songs she traverses fuzzy rock, classing singer-songwriter, psychedelia, midwest emo and outright pop whilst remaining undeniably herself throughout.
